But in most cases, our educational and professional institutions have not offered adequate support in figuring out what is possible for our lives and careers. In many cases, we leave feeling just as disoriented as we felt when we were first starting. This is especially true for international graduate students and professionals building their lives across countries.
AGV Lab is born out of decades of lived experience, career development work and coaching training with one clear goal: provide accessible and affordable coaching for early and mid-career professionals that helps them gain awareness that accelerates their growth toward their life and career vision.

Dr. Analía Gómez Vidal, C.P.C.
Dr. Analía Gómez Vidal, C.P.C. is a bilingual career coach specialized, with an extensive background in mentoring and coaching early and mid-career professionals throughout their academic and professional paths across countries.
She founded her coaching business, AGV Services LLC, inspired by her own journey as an international student and worker in the United States, having successfully pivoted careers several times while holding various student and work visas. She has coached students and professionals across five continents and frequently delivers presentations and workshops on career pivots and navigating our lives and careers as international students and workers.
Before founding her business, she accumulated 15 years of experience in academic and policy research and consulting, working at renowned organizations such as the Fulbright Commission, the Inter-American Development Bank, and Stanford University.
She is also an improv performer and facilitators, a creative writer, and a Lego enthusiast.
